We've gone through 4 'Original' Samsung Galaxy USB to Micro USB charging cables now, and were finally fed up with tossing money back into name brand that didn't seem to have name brand quality. I also liked the black, as opposed to white, cable concept, so we decided to give this a try.My Samsung cables were 5ft in length, so the 3.3ft is noticeable- this is not a cable I will be using in the car, or for 'in use' charging, but will work fine for overnight top offs, and bedside needs. The cable width feels a little thinner than that of the manufacturer's but the build itself seems sturdy- I will of course update with any wear or breakdown over time.There's not much information on these cables, other than an advertised top of 480-Mbps transmission- As best we could measure we were pulling just over 400- this could be more to do with the actual AC adapter we are using and the device battery. It's hard to say. I wouldn't call this a high speed cable- it seems almost in par with OEM products- We ran 2 tests on drained batteries and found these cables reached 100% within minutes of the original manufacturer cable.Given that that's all I can offer for now, I'm happy with the pair for the asking price, and will return to buy more, in longer formats, if these outlive the expectancy of our previous purchases. I did receive a discount in hopes I would share my honest opinions, which I have done.

Good quality cables. Mades a solid connection with device

Functionally, these are very nice cables. The cables are of average thickness, not ‎thin like the cheap cables. The cables are just over 3 feet which is also pretty ‎average. Putting them in for the first time was a little difficult. I don't know why ‎but I had to put extra pressure on them to get them to go in. The cables worked ‎immediately after plugging them in. I have a quick charge phone and charger ‎and the quick charge worked fine. I hooked it up to my computer and the data ‎transmission worked flawlessly also. There isn't much to say other than these are ‎perfectly average cables that work fine. If you find that cables tend to be a little ‎loose in your phone port, then you should definitely try these ones.‎Please note that I received a small discount on this product to evaluate it. Works as it should, we can never find cords when we need to charge things, It is like they grow little charging cord legs and run away.
