A bit hard to use
Need quite a bit of pressure on the trigger so hard to use in some restricted situations/positions. Maybe should have got a power assisted one but didn't realise.

Hard
You'll need a strong hand to make this work properly especially if choosing to alter the tension so that the staple can be fired into hardwood. No instructions are given therefore I needed to pull and push things before I found out what they class as an anti jam button. It felt as if it shouldn't be opened but it is meant to if a staple gets jammed in the head of the device.

Powerful enough for most DIY
I bought this to staple plastic sheets to wood sleepers and it works like magic. Was on the fence whether it would be powerful enough; it turns out better than expected! It does need a bit of a grip to fire but most adult will find it ok. I recommend this to most DIY enthusiasts.

Very good staple gun, shame about the packaging
This is a very well made and robust staple gun, which I've found easy to use and with plenty of stapling power. I make small foot stools from pallet wood and my previous staple gun didn't really have the kick to fully insert staples though the covering material and into the wood, they always needed a bit of hammering to finish them off. No such problems with this one, on full tension it rams them home very well. The thickness of the staples helps I suspect, they can take the pressure without risk of bending. As a test I tried a variety of pressure settings from about half way to almost as hard as it would go, stapling into a small piece of plywood. I found no issues on any of the settings, on the very highest the top frame of the staple dented the top of the ply. There's a good range of staples, nails and loops included too.The only thing I don't like is the dreadful blister packaging, which has to be cut off, leaves very sharp edges and will no doubt end in landfill. I would have been far happier to see these supplied in a simple cardboard box which could be recycled.

Good soild staple gun at good price
Good value product. Nice and sturdy for heavyweight staples but don't try using lightweight staples in it as you get two at a time out!!

Easy to use with no jamming
The media could not be loaded. The only bad thing about the staple gun is it comes in those horrible blister packs which require scissors to open them up, would have been better if it came is a box so the gun and staples could be stored together. The staple gun is comfortable to hold due to the rubber grip inside the handle, and it doesn't need a large amount of pressure to use, although if you have trouble with gripping items and hand strength then you may find it a struggle. The adjustment wheel doesn't have any markings on but you can see the height of the wheel raise or lower and soon find out which way increases the force the staple is applied.I liked the way it can take 3 different staples and you get a box of 600 of the 3 types so assume 200 of each without counting. The staple gun has a hanging hoop on the back if you have your tools hooked up on a wall but still then need to store the staples somewhere. I had to put around 40 stables into pine wood over the weekend and not a single one jammed or went in on an angle. Overall it works well just wish it was in a box rather than plastic blister pack.

Good Quality Product
A heavy staple gun like this one is always good to have around and what attracted this one to me was the claimed ability to work with small nails and narrow staples as well as normal staples. The first impression when it arrived was a heavy product that should survive DIY or professional use. I like the ability to adjust the stapling pressure so no more pushing the staples right through softer material and first test showed it does the job of fixing staples as it should.Where it loses is that the package is totally and completely devoid of any information on its use. Not even the list of condescending 'do nots' that seem to accompany everything from a pencil to washing machine these days. Yes I can use a stapler and this works in the same way as others but it was left for me to experiment on how one was supposed to put nails and narrow staples into it. Tried a few ideas and eventually got there but a small leaflet in the packaging would have helped.
