Nice and crunchy
This batter fries up so light and crunchy. I used it to make some zucchini fritters.You just add cold water to the mix and stir it until it's the consistency of thin pancake batter. The first time I used it I made orange chicken and it was so good. This time, the zucchini fritters and I still have some mix left over for another batch of food.
