I live in a rural part of Vermont and have a well for water. I bought a new shower head and this item will now allow me to take longer showers. What a useful item. No matter what I am looking for Amazon has it at affordable prices, and Super fast shipping. This item will fit just about any model shower head.and a breeze to install.

Very nice option to control the water output of your rain shower head. Took me 3 tries to find the right one that put out enough water and still conserves more than running it without it. Once you got one in, it's a little difficult to get it back out, but needles nose pliers and a cake tester did the trick.

These shower head restrictors are small. They may be for the handheld shower. They are a sloppy fit for the showerhead pipe coming out of the wall. I centered it in the shower head and screw it back on the pipe. It stayed in place and it reduced the flow some. I may get the other size in the future. I did not take off a star for it being too small. I should have measured. I did take one off for the description not explaining what it is designed for. The pipe on a shower is a standard size.

First, inner diameters vary from one application to another. I bought two sizes, thinking it was probably the larger one. It was actually the smaller. The fit was perfect for a shower head junction and one can determine GPM flow that works best via trial and error. Recommend.

I am puzzle as why this shower flow restrictor get such high rating? It won’t even fit my Grich shower head. I tried to put it in a Waterpik shower head and it won’t fit either, Return to Amazon.
