Can you use this on bronze or black ?

On bronze or black what? Sink and other drains? There's no warning on the package about what your drains or the rest of your sink or tub must be made from. If you're talking about the color of the sink or tub, it shouldn't matter. You put the Plink tablet inside the drain.

I'm confused. The video on here for Plink, says use it in a garbage disposal, but the package says not to? Which is it?

This is for sink drains and a great product. There is a plink garbage disposal. I use both products. I love both of them.

Are they easy to break in small pieces?

The Plink Fizzy Drain Tablets are intended to be dissolved by running a stream of hot water directly onto the tablet, it is not suggested to break the tablet into pieces.
