Excellent product with above and beyond customer service
I purchased this cage for my 13 yo daughter, and it has been the perfect addition to her softball training. While I’m more than satisfied with the quality of this cage, I’m unsure if it will sustain heavy use with real softballs or baseballs. We also purchased a few bags of foam softballs to use with the cage, since this purchase was made simply to compliment her usual hitting regimen. We use the cage 3 or 4 days a week, and we can easily get 100 swings in playing a little front toss. We love it.One evening I left the cage up during a powerful north Texas storm. The storms blew the cage down and all 3 sections of the support rods broke. Totally my fault - I knew the storms were coming, and I knew they’d be powerful. I contacted customer service, completely willing to pay for replacement rods to be shipped. They immediately responded that new rods were on the way for no additional charge, and I received them a few days later. Good stuff right there. When erected correctly, this cage is very secure and is a very good product. Have realistic expectations on the amount of abuse you expect it to endure for the money you paid for it , and you will be very satisfied with your purchase. I recommend this product.

Amazing company!! As described, for long term set up definitely reinforce.
Review is for the 22' Cage.Everything included in packaging, no issues out of the box. If you plan to set this up without any modifications or reinforcement it will most likely blow over and break. Took 2 people about 30 minutes to set up, including reinforcement measures taken. We taped over every joint in the frame poles as others suggest. We anchored one side at every pole to a fence. The other side we drove rebar into the ground at every pole and zip tied the poles to it, all the way up to about 5 foot high, leaving enough room at the bottom to slide net up and mow under it. We tied off the enclosed guide lines to the rebar/fence. It has withstood high sustained winds with gusts over 60mph and heavy rain. We use the Jugz Lite Flite machine and balls for a softball player. I would say this net would most likely not hold up to regular balls and hard hitters. The opening is big enough we have the machine about 5 foot outside the cage, and it works very well for our kid to work on her ball tracking. One hit ball out of every 5 or so makes it out of the hole, sure we could use the enclosed net pieces to rig up a guard to prevent, not worried about it though. Happy with the purchase, serves the purpose. Will update with any issues.***Update. Purchased 3/2020. We took it down in November 2020 and stowed it in a water proof tote for winter. Tote was kept in a garage all winter. We just put it back up 4/2021 and the netting sleeves that the poles go in are dry rotted. We just had a wind storm with sustained 25mph winds, gusts 65mph, and one sleeve ripped through. Now we are attempting to reach out to the company to see about a net replacement.******Final update-The company responded promptly to emails. They only requested some photos of the damage. Unfortunately the size of net I had is not available, so they are issuing a full refund to purchase a new one. Not only that they gave me suggestions on how to still use the net we have. Amazing company!

Good quality for the price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. All the parts came with the order undamaged. Set upnwas fairly easy and I would highly recommend 2 people do this project. The netting seems to be of high quality for the price. The directions need alittle work but for any DIY person it is not a hard project at all. I highly recommend you spend the time to really stake the cage down, I added some extra string supports to the front hoop and it made a world of difference, especially if you live where you get alot of wind. I will be doing the same to the back hoop. I use a jugs jr pitching machine and the net and cage seems like it will hold up fine. You need to use the stakes at the end of the cage where the ball hits when pitched or the ball will get under the netting. Overall I think for the price it is a great deal and adding some extra string supports will help it last much longer and keep it from falling or breaking. I didnt have to take up any of my yard with this size cage.

Ok for my home... need large enough area.
We don’t have that large backyard where this should go. But it worked for one summer to help the kid get back into baseball. Now it needs to be in a yard large enough for it instead on side of the house. But great product and little tough to put together. Needs to be up all the time, but weather can damage it. Well worth the money if u keep using it. Looking to sell mine since we have to setup and break down on side of house. Great for parks too. Team practice. If interested let me know. Will wheel and deal.

Excellent customer service
***update, upon seeing this review the company quickly reached out to apologize for not catching that the seams were defective and offering to make it right. They sent a new net, and 2 patch kits-which i just received, so I can not attest to whether or not it will hold up better. If nothing else, this company’s customer service is excellent. We have had this set up for 2 weeks, setting it up was pretty easy as long as you have a couple of people. However, this is a batting cage and it already has numerous holes. The quality seems to be lacking. There has to be an expectation that balls will hit the net, this the net should not tear this easily. I am pretty disappointed.

Good batting cage for the money
This is a good batting cage if you're not ready to put in a permanent one. My son loves it and uses it every day. It's not terribly sturdy until you get it all tied down. Once it's secured, it's sturdy enough to handle normal practice. It does take 2-3 people to put up - definitely not a one person job, so make sure you have some help on hand. All in all a good purchase that I would make again.

Netting is good
You need at least 8 feet on each side to be able to put this up in your yard due to the straps to secure it. The directions to put it together are horrible, but once we figured it out it went well. The poles are fastened together for each arch, so you don't have to try and figure out which one goes where. But again- you need a lot of room on each side to make sure it is stable.
