Poor customer service
I bought this product and after two months it stopped working properlyI contacted the seller and they asked me to send a video which I did and now they are completely ignoring me not offered to discuss or refund or replace not one single word

Have now purchased 2 separate power backs, both of which have broken just outside of the return window. Don’t bother with it, it’s a waste of money
