Had to return it!! But seller RESOLVE the issue.
UPDATE: seller contacted me and apologized for the issued with it and sent me a new thermo. Which I appreciate. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4. The only reason why I’m not giving him a 5 stars it’s because I believe it should had never broken so soon in the first place. But it’s fair for me to review this comment. Thank you.Look good and did it’s job for two days. Must clearify we are HEAVY mate drinkers here, so we probably were filing up the thermo twice even three times a day. By the end of the week the push down button didn’t work anymore. Not for heavy use.
