High Capacity 14500 Rechargeable Li ion Batteries with PCB (NOT Recommended for Vape or High Drain Products) 14500 800mAh PCB protected rechargeable lithium ion batteries are ideal for use in flashlights and other devices. Batteries provide much more recharging life cycles than cheap UltraFire Batteries. Batteries will NOT work in most vape (mods) products as vape products require hi-drain unprotected Li-ion batteries. Li-ion batteries without a protection circuit can potentially cause a fire or explosion. The EcoGear FX 14500 800mAh batteries HAVE an integrated PCB protection circuit. Battery Specifications: Integrated PCB protection (Helps prevent Anti-Overcharge, Anti-Overdischarge, Anti-Short Circuit) Capacity: 800 mAh, Min 750 mAh Nominal Voltage: Average 3.7V Cut-off Voltage: 2.5V Cycle Performance: 90% of initial capacity at 400 cycles Cycle life: > 500 cycles Battery Length: 53mm (2.10 inches) Warning Any battery may leak harmful chemicals which may damage skin or clothing. To avoid risk of injury, do not let any material leaked from a battery come in contact with eyes or skin. Any battery may rupture or explode if put in a fire or otherwise exposed to excessive heat. To avoid risk of injury, do not expose batteries to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Store 14500 batteries separately from anything hazardous such as explosives combustibles, or any other highly flammable material. Keep batteries out of the reach of children.

Quality battery, a bit oversized
These 14500 have some weight and heft to them,so you know they are the real thing. They are a bit larger than most 14500 batteries longer and fatter which may be a problem in some flashlights. Built in overcharge protection circuit adds extra length to the battery. Would definatelly recommend if used in the proper application. Reduced by one star because of the size issue.

Pricey, but worth it.
This battery tested out at a full 800 mah. The protection circuit cut in right when it needed to. The diameter is the same as a standard AA. However, the length is .125 inches longer. Probably for the protection circuit. Fortunately the springs in my flashlights can handle the extra length. They also fit the charger and a battery holder used for the test. A bit snug but not a real problem. Check what you are going to use these in before you buy. Cheaper ones I bought only gave 400mah. So twice the capacity and protected. Well worth the extra price.

Runs CREE LED flashlight on high for well over 90 minutes
Got these today, and charged them, then put one in an inexpensive CREE LED flashlight on high beam and let it run. It powered the light for over 90 minutes before it quit, and did not get hot.I have some "2000mAh" 14500 batteries which don't last an hour in the same type of light, and those do get hot after a while. These also work well in place of an "AA" battery in my gas grill igniter.Don't use 14500 lithium batteries in a clock or other sensitive electronics, unless you can use in series with a "dummy battery". They run at over 3V, where a normal "AA" is 1.5V. They work great in flashlights and other items which are not as voltage sensitive. The higher voltage can damage some electronic items.

Performance is good, but they have extra length
so far these batteries have not disappointed regarding capacity. (actually i charged one and it showed about 900mAh capacity.)the only downfall is that the circuit protection adds almost 1/8" to the length ! so make sure that there is enough play where you are going to install these : e.g., a long spring to make up for some of it.i have been using them to power my wireless trackpads and keyboards, instead of using NiMH batteries. (note: i use them in combination with battery "dummies".)

Terrific batteries that over time save me money!
Oh yes, the EcoGear FX 14500 800mAh rechargeable batteries. I use these in two flashlights that are designed to use AA or 14500 batteries. The AA batteries are "OK," but the 14500 are "Ho ho ho yeah!" I'm glad I learned about these batteries but they need to be controlled. Apparently dropping 14500 batteries into a device that is built for AA batteries can damage them.

Battery DIED after 1 full charge!!
Very dissapointing!!! One of the batteries DIED( FAIL to charge after 1 use) !!!! How do I get a refund.?!!!Remains to be seen how many cycles the other one will charge.

Simply too long to work in normal 14500 batter flashlights.
Giving these the benefit of the doubt in terms of their capacity and the fact that I charged them up weeks ago and they're simply holding that charge brilliantly, the reason for my 3 stars is that they really, really do not fit in any of my current flashlights - as other reviews have stated, they're just too long. Definitely do NOT work in the ZebraLight SC52w L2 lights.

Be Warned!
These batteries are oversize. Slightly fatter and considerably longer than 14500 specifications. They do not fit in my battery holder, and may not fit in yours.

Great battery cells for a great price.
My first two cells came fully charge with an over 800 mah capacity. I ordered 4 more because I liked these cells a lot and am liking these cells too. Three charges in on each cell and all charges have been 803 to 854 mah rating according to my XTAR VC4 4 cell charger. The PCB cuts the cell off around 2.7 volts. Great build quality and good capacity. I use them in my Lumintop Tool AA which I carry everyday without problems from the batteries.
