Where is this item made? Also is the inside funnel stainless steel?

Do you sell replacement gasket?

We are going to sell the replacement gasket soon in jan 2021

Is the inside sand blasted stainless steel, or is it another material?

The upper container is stainless steel 304 with brushed finish inside and the boiler is stainless steel 430 with san blasted finish. Can be used for induction cooker.

Per the instructions: "make coffee up to 3 times and then pour it out, before using the first time", ? Is this really nessesary?

If you wish to remove any potential residue from the manufacturing process then yes. I cleaned mine either 2-3 times before first use. Careful the bottom remains hot for a good 10-20 minutes depending on ambient temperature
