I got my vacuum almost 2 years ago. It’s been working well for being so portable and priced so decently. I have hard wood, so I use it mostly on my rugs and the attachment to clean up litter and in crevices etc. The filter needs to be cleaned regularly for maximum pickup, but they are washable and I got cheap replacements I’ve been reusing. Recently the plastic piece that snaps into the handle/battery broke. I contacted customer support and they got back to me within 2 days and they sent me a replacement bin for free! They actually updated the design since I got mine, so now it’s even better and the piece that had previously broke has too been updated. I am happy with the product and the customer service.

My little old vacuum, I could not find any replacement filters for it. I read the rave reviews about this vacuum and decided to go for it. The selling point for me was the rechargeable battery and the price. Let me say this vac will not be for everyone. For me it’s near perfect. I have no carpet, no pets, and no kids. My floor is laminate throughout and I have 1500 sq Ft of living space. The reason I add this is because the battery will last until I finish the floor. I do have a couple of rugs and there is a speed control button to ramp up. I usually use the lower speed. It is easy to set up and very lightweight but not cheap. I think you can bang it around a little. I don’t have a dirty place but the dust catcher is full when I do an all house clean. I empty it every time. I’ve also cleaned the filter itself once in about a month. The battery chargers in about two hours. The downside for me is having to remove the handle and battery component to use the attachments. The crevice attachment is a bit thin but it works. There is a dust attachment and the very strange ‘bed brush ‘ basically a smaller head. I had an issue with the dust catcher gasket and Greencore were very responsive in helping me and did replace it. All in all this is a great little vac if you are just ‘dusting’ So to speak.

I've had it for almost a year now.House has LVP, tile and carpet floors. Can go from one to the other without changing any settings. Battery charge is enough to do the whole house. It is maneuverable into tight corners and spaces due to the way the bottom roller swivels, and its size.What I like best about this little machine is its engineering. When you take it apart to clean, all the pieces snap out and back perfectly. No screws, no messing around. It also has a main clean pocket for in between when it gets full. Take it all apart, wash the filter and pieces, then back in business with snap and click connections.The floor roller also comes apart to remove hair and things that get caught up. If you clean it often it will work perfectly.Great product for the price.

Nos encantó. Se la recomendé a mi hermano y también la compró. Es buenísima! Nos ah cambiado la vida para bien. Simplifica las tareas domésticas, aspira super bien y te sirve más si tienes perro, en mi caso un Pug q tira mucho pelo. Ahora la casa está limpia y libre de pelos de mascotas. Excelente!

Es super funcional ya ni uso mi aspiradora grande, aspira bien, dura suficiente la bateria, fácil de limpiar, tiene escopeta, esquinero y un filtro extra.Tiene 2 funciones de potencia. Muy ligera y además fácil de guardar.Buena compra. Espero que la batería dure mucho o que después la pueda comprar cuando se descomponga.
