Small and Tiny House Plans Design Book: home + granny flat in Metric Feet Inches

Virtually 80% of the book had to do with 1000 square foot house layouts and larger, how is this size of house considered to be a small or tiny house. And almost all of them were more than one bedroom with more than one bathroom. (???) Small houses I could "almost" see, but to include Tiny in the title? Come on now.

Even if you only plan to move them once, tiny houses need to be built to strict size requirements. In Australia, your tiny house must be under 2.5m wide, 4.3m high and 12.5m long. They must also be no more than 4.5 tonn... This I got after a little googling... Sadly if you are looking for plans for anything this size this book will not help. It's interesting enough and wasn't expensive so no great loss but not one plan or house could be transported. Some would be perfect for a beach block..

Not many plans in this book. This is a very thin "book"
