Perfect gift for beginner knitter
I purchased this as a gift for a beginning knitter. Being a multi-decade experienced knitter, I found this to be an excellent resource for starting the practice of knitting.

Wish the directions were in a larger print. Hard for older eyes. Also printing with a pink background is difficult to read. Good illustrations however.

Great starter book for future knitters
I am a long time knitter but live a distance from my granddaughter so can’t help much with her first knitting projects. This book is wonderful for young knitters. Projects are quick but adorable. Keeps her attention and projects are easy.

I bought this for my mum, who used to like knitting but dementia has left her unable to remember how. It's a good 'how to' book but she can't read it because of the font: it isn't the size of the text that's the problem it's the font and the colours they've used.
