I started taking collagen supplementation after bariatric surgery to help improve skin tightness. I can't say for sure that this is necessarily helping with skin tightness, but I will continue to take it proactively.The cost / value is great -- low cost per gummy from an established brand. I can't say I like the taste, though -- the texture is extremely tough and the flavor is especially artificial. Nothing wrong with this but I will try another brand for my next order.

I have been taking the gummies for about two weeks. I can’t speak on hair growth obviously but I will say that in those two weeks my rate of hair loss as significant declined.
