Does this product have a warranty? What is the fan noise level (dB) when all fans are on maximum speed?

I work from home and have a enclosed desk. At full speed I cannt hear the fans, even when the room is absolutely quiet.

Good and not good in the item

The item is very nice, my laptop fits with 16" size. fans are all working very well and the buttons too. RGB light is very bright and nice colors, you can choose mode of lighting effects.I have issue/problem with the lights in the fan which is the color blue. after 2 days, 2/6 fan lights were already not working.

A must for thin gaming laptops

I bought this product to help alleviate the heating problem of my 5 years old laptop. I used to have a 'cheap' cooling pad before this and after trying TopMate C11, I could clearly feel the difference my laptop is now faster than ever, it no longer freezes when I am working on it, and the fan sound almost disappeared. This occurred after using this pad for just 1 month! Shout out to TopMate for such a great product. I highly recommend it for all thin gaming laptop users even if you don't have any heating problem yet because I can assure you that getting this product would prolong the virtual life of your computer for at least 3-4 years.
