Received this product on time.The design and the quality of the scale is much better than I expected. The gorgeous design matches the design of my new bathroom very well. Comparing with those I bought from Bed Bath and Beyond or Target in the past, this one is way better.It takes no effort to setup the scale with my iPhone, which is very different from my experience with other Bluetooth products. My husband and I are using it everyday now.Really recommend it !!

This is a replacement for another electronic scale with similar features. The difference is that this scale/app actually work. Giving not just weight but several other important metrics. It is kinda big, but I have large feet, so they don't hang off the edge, that's a good thing.

It does everything I want

Bought it from Costco.com because it was on sale and I could return it at my local warehouse. I've been using another scale and used both to compare for several weeks. Here is my summary.My weight on this scale was always a little higher, sometimes by over a pound and never by the same amount when compared to the readings from my regular digital scale. Ok - if it were only that.It would not register weight fluctuations and oddly register me as the same weight for several days in a row. My other scale would show variations based upon what I've been eating, drinking and also before and after I've used the bathroom. Not this one.What I thought was a cool feature as I am shedding weight like it's going out of style was the body scanning and the readings of the following:Body water %Body Fat%BoneBMIVisceral FatBMR (don't know what this is but it was a number then kcal)Muscle MassMetabolic Age (really?)Using their free app - the scale will upload this information onto your smartphone and then you could chart and graph, creating several profiles for different people if you like.You can get all of this from their product literature and it sounds pretty cool. I wanted to track my weight loss and was interested to see what the breakdown was as I can see a loss of muscle mass as I am shrinking.I've already been diligently tracking my weight using my other digital scale and thought the upload feature would be cool - if only it wasn't full of BS.Other scales that do this have sensors that will send electricity through your bare feet. The resistance your body presents will allow the scale to determine the percentage of your muscle, bone, fat and water content as each have different electrical properties. To truly get accurate readings you will have to spend the money as the accuracy is only as good as the sensors. This scale was over twice that of my digital scale but it was on sale so I gave it a shot.I thought the app interface was silly but as long as it worked, who cares, right?Well, it doesn't work. OR rather, how it works is beyond me.Let me explain.I took many readings as I tracked my daily progress - several times a day, before meals, after meals, morning and evening....which is what I've been doing for several months now so I have a pretty good read on the effects of what I do and what it translates to when I step onto the scale.As I said, this scale would always read heavier than my other scale but never the same offset. Weird...Next, several times I would weight exactly the same but watch my bone mass and other categories change. Why would my bone mass change?Well, it tuns out there aren't any sensors on the scale other than the actual scale itself (which I believe is not accurate anyway).It will weigh me and give me all kinds of data for all of the above metrics that I outlined, even when I was not barefoot. Yes. It will read my body fat, body water, visceral fat etc - through my socks and shoes! It is basically making this stuff up!I returned it today for a full refund, no questions asked from Costco.FYI - you can calculate your own BMI (there are websites with the formula)Save your money and buy a better scale.

I purchased this scale to use with a Samsung Tab S2 Tablet. The app is not compatible with my device. I contacted the manufacturer about this and I was told that in two days there would be a compatible app. At the same time my wife posted a question here on amazon and we were told by "Vincent" that an app for this device is not available at this time, but they will work on it. I contacted back the manufacturer and asked if it's a matter of days or weeks, because if it's a matter of weeks, I would return it, as it doesn't seem to show on the scale anything but weight, if not used with the app, so I have no use for it. He asked me if "Vincent" had emailed me about this, and since than will not respond to me, as he got upset that I had also contacted Vincent, and had asked this question. I don't appreciate this kind of customer service and would recommend looking around and comparing with different brands.

At times the weight is way off and I have to close the app., weigh myself after the scale resets, and then I seem to get a more accurate reading.

Great scale! Nice sleek design. Durable. The app that you can download with it is easy to use and has a lot of helpful data.

This scale is amazing! The display is easy to read and very organized and what can I say about the functionality to a smart phone! It is absolutely fantastic and easy to use. The iPhone app is so simple to use and records all of my information. I was reluctant to pay the price at first however, I would pay it again twofold and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great tool to use while watching your health, weight, BMI, bone density, etc. this scale does it all and you will not be displeased. I purchased this in white to go in a white bathroom and it has a slim profile and sleek look all the while being functional and fantastic.
