Would recommend this book. A great read.

An exquisite story that tells of all of life’s joys and sorrows, loves and losses written with such tenderness and humour it was hard to put down! The characters and all their stories stay with you even after you’ve finished reading the book!

I loved this book! It was insightful, hilarious and poignantly sad. The characters were bold and interesting without being cliche and the story kept the attention til the very end. In fact the only thing I wasn’t keen on was the title itself, nice cover artwork though.

I couldn’t put this book down. So beautifully written. Essentially a love story set during the Troubles but it is so much more than that. I learnt so much about the difficulty of living through those dreadful times in the backdrop of the incredibly beautiful countryside.It is both funny and very poignant. The characters are so well described that you feel you know them personally.I would highly recommend it.
