Great customer service!
The placemats were very pretty and easy to clean, but I was disappointed by the placemat's inability to block heat, ("heat insulation"), as advertised. After hearing my complaint, the company immediately refunded my money. I would definitely buy merchandise from this company again because of their excellent customer service.
