Star Trek: Light-Up Shuttlecraft (RP Minis)

As you have probably seen from my other reviews I am a collector and the series of Miniature Editions are a nice part of my full collection, I have them all, I think. The lights are a nice touch and the detail on the one I purchased is fantastic. Being small in size they are easy to display and I have received many compliments from friends who have seen them. As I have stated in my other reviews, you will not be disappointed and for collectors they are a great addition. Happy Amazoning

Just as many of the products of this publisher, this one is just what you pay. For a low price you get a nice replica of the Shuttle Galileo from Star Trek with a base with the federation logo form. The vehicle has a switch that turns on or off the red lights of the engine on the back. At least i am very happy with this product and the entire collection of these mini replicas, i have all the Doctor Who Replicas and now the Star Trek (i recommend strongly the Enterprise replica).

I bought all three, the Borg cube, Enterprise and shuttle. They are small, as advertised, BUT, if your truly a fan your going to love these. They arrived on time, had no issues working and look soooo cool. They are not super detailed but enough that they look great. The Borg cube is the only one with a push button to turn it on. It lights up, says a few words and shuts off. It cycles through a few Borg phrases each time the button is pushed. The shuttle and Enterprise have on/off switches and batteries are included and they just light up, no sound, but they look awesome.

A small replica of the Galileo shuttlecraft. It is as detailed as necessary, and looks great. Not sold as one, but probably makes a good Christmas tree ornament. I can't give it 5 stars for one reason - the craft has lights you can turn on. Which normally would make this product even more cool, but.... for some reason they ONLY put lights on the very back of it, like brake light. Pointless! Who would showcase this on a shelf, facing backwards? because that is the only way you would ever see the light. That was an odd design choice. Otherwise a very nice little collectible for Trekkies.

This item is a really nice show piece, and conversation starter. My friend and family enjoy talking about this item, and how it details are so clear.

This is really nice and was bought as a gift. This person has been collecting Star Trek all his life, and didn't have this one! He is so happy! The Carter minis are so nice and can be displayed so nice to go with all of the set!

A magnificent mini delight for display that lights up.... has a mini on/off switch. I was made aware of this series by a trekker You Tuber vlog. Search around, the price on this and other of this lines offerings vary from $9-$19. The Amazon $12 price is just where it should be. My review also goes for their Enterprise TOS model. I hope they produce more ST ship products like this . They also offer TOS phaser and communicator . Not for young children as is a delicate chatchka for the enthusiast.

I am a very big trekkie fan and when I found this I was very excited because I have the Enterprise 1701 and the borg cube all 3 made by the same company but I need to contact them because it does say it lights up but only the rear end lights up. Nothing in the front of the shuttle craft lights so I’m wondering if I got a bad one or not. Maybe I need to call amazon and ask them if the front window is supposed to light up. So if I find out that I got a bad one then I will update this review because think about it with only it only lighting up in the rear end and you have it displayed no one will see it unless you only show the rear end and that’s not practical so if I got a bad one then I will update this review.

I love these mini toys (Star Trek, GIJOE, Batman, Gargoyle) and added this one to my collection. What amazon does not tell you is that this is not just any shuttlecraft but it is the Galileo. This brings back some nice memories of my hallmark/Galileo with Spock's voice (RIP Leonard Nimoy!) on it. While this one does not have any sounds it does light up albeit only on the rear thrusters. Honestly I wished that this would have had some more lighting especially in the front windows which are just painted black but given the price I guess I should not be too picky. For those you that have the Enterprise light-up toy this one is the same size and is pretty impressive.It also comes with a stand, mini booklet and nice box that holds everything together. Overall I am happy with this and feel that this is almost as good at the enterprise $10 toy. Notes: Worth The Money: Yes Would I Recommend It: Yes

For The price This is excellent value for your money and a Nice keepsake of This iconic craft. Did I mention pop a little battery in underneath The model and she lights up.

Das Modell ist sehr klein! Kleiner als man es sich vorstellte. Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos, sehr schön und realitätsnah identisch! Beschriftungen sind phantastisch. Die hintere Seite ist sogar wunderschön beleuchtet. Unten ist ein kleiner Schalter zum ein- und ausschalten vorhanden. Die notwendigen Batterien wurden mitgeliefert. (Dazu gibt es ein englischsprachiges, kleines Büchlein mit vielen Fotos zur Enterprise und deren Besatzung. Schade, dass das Büchlein nur ein Büchlein ist, denn für ein normal grosses Buch würde ich gerne zusätzlich bezahlen.) Das Modell des Shuttles steht vor dem Monitor des Computers und erfreut täglich das Herz eines alten Star Trek Fans...
