quality and useful
The long-handled strainer shelf works well. It gets used all the time. I make hard boiled eggs and place them on there. Anything you want to sit above the liquid can sit on there. Then lift it by the handles easily.

Great for one-handed cooking -- -- -- but what is the solid bottom pan used for?
I waited and waited for this set to be available for purchase and I'm glad I got it. I just bought a second set to give as a gift with an Instant Pot. I was using the flat metal steamer rack that came with my 6 quart Instant Pot, then I bought a flexible silicone one, and I always had to have my husband help me get them out of the Instant Pot with food on them or I'd spill everything (I have balance problems and use one hand to cook and one hand to balance myself against the counter). With this set I can do it myself! I put the flat steamer rack with the flexible handles in the bottom of the Instant Pot, and the steamer basket on top of that with the food in it. When it's ready I use one hand to lift the whole stack out by the 2 flexible handles and I don't even spill any of the food! This is a big deal to me. I wish I knew what the pan with the solid flexible bottom was for so I could use it. Anyone have any ideas? I mostly cook foods that we can use as ingredients in several meals and these are some things I make often. I have some Instant Pot cookbooks and a few web sites I've looked at, and the instructions and cooking times vary everywhere I look. So as I've made each batch over this past year I've written notes and adjusted times to arrive at these simple recipes that work every time for me. My husband buys our groceries at Costco so the ingredients I start with do not vary. Because I cook with one hand I cannot lift a pot of water from the stove or put a pan in the oven, so having an Instant Pot has allowed me to participate more in making our meals. HARD BOILED EGGS 1. Put the flat steamer rack on the bottom, then put the steamer basket on top of it. 2. Add 1 cup of water. 3. Put eggs in the steamer basket (any quantity, just stack them up, but eggs cannot touch the bottom of the lid). 4. Manual button, pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. 5. Natural release 5 minutes, then quick release. 6. Lift the whole stack (flat steamer rack, steamer basket, and eggs) by the flexible handles and put the whole thing in a cold water bath. The eggs peel perfectly! CUBED POTATOES 1. Put the flat steamer rack on the bottom, then put the steamer basket on top of it. 2. Add 1 cup of water. 3. Wash potatoes, cut in 1 1/2" cubes. I use red or Yukon and don't peel them. 4. Put potato cubes in the steamer basket (okay to overfill the basket by several inches). 5. Manual button, pressure cook on high 5 minutes. 6. Natural release 10 minutes, then quick release. 7. Potato cubes will be firm enough to use in potato salad, make fried potatoes, or mash them. I make them one day then refrigerate them in a ziplock bag and use them in a recipe the following day. SWEET POTATOES (potato sizes/times from Amy+Jacky pressurecookrecipes dot com) 1. Put the flat steamer rack on the bottom, then put the steamer basket on top of it. 2. Add 1 cup of water. 3. Scrub the sweet potatoes, leave them whole. 4. Stack them in the steamer basket (any quantity, but cannot touch the bottom of the lid). 5. Manual button, pressure cook on high: 8" diameter potatoes - 25-30 minutes 10" diameter potatoes - 35-40 minutes 12" diameter potatoes - 45-50 minutes 6. Natural release 11 minutes, then quick release. 7. Most will still be whole, some may have split. They can be served whole, but I like to mash them with my hand mixer with butter. They slip right out of their peels.

Broiler Pan ?
I like the product and it's construction. The steamer basket and the steam rack are great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's not any information available from Instant Pot about uses for the "broiler pan". I'd like a little more information for the uses. Baking ? Cooking a steak (well, I don't know about that) ? Recipe suggestions ? SOMETHING. The name seems to indicate "broil" or does it ? Also, another good thing is that it can be ovened up to 450 degrees.. But what about that broiler pan ? Thanks !

Great for use in INSTAPOT
I bought these about two years ago so that I could put at least two items in the Instapot for reheating and cooking. the base with handles makes it so much easier to take the combo out of a VERY hot pot. These are made from silicon and are holding up just fine.

Really great set of inserts for the instant pot
Really great set of inserts for the instant pot. The trivet has long legs which keep it out of the water if you're putting more than a cup in, the steamer basket is durable and fits well, and the broiler pan does its job as well. Very easy to use and store, durable and flexible silicone construction. Great addition to any instant pot.

Most useful Instant Pot accessories
I have a few sets of similar Instant Pot accessories and this is the set I reach for most often. The trivet has taller stands than the one that came with the pot, and the flexible long handle makes it so much easier to remove the inserts when they are done cooking. I use the steamer basket to cook potatoes, eggs, and vegetables, and the pan to cook grits, oatmeals, beans etc. Compared to the stainless steel stackable pans, this pan is much easier to clean because of the clever way the rims are designed for stacking. If Instant Pot had rolled out this set early in the product cycle, I wouldn't have bought the stainless steel sets.

Great silicone steaming kit!
This is another high value product not just for the Instapot, but for the kitchen in general. The lower steaming holder is good, though the best feature, the side handles, take some getting used to and sometimes clunkily stick out if the steaming pot. The steaming basket is of a good size for most steaming jobs and has the necessary holes to let the steam cook the food. This was a three star purchase because of the problems of working with silicone that were not known to me when I purchased this product. The food steamed in the basket leaves a strong odor behind that is incredibly difficult to remove. Unless you are prepared to deal with this problem, be careful when you purchase this product.

Great for steaming food and easy to clean!
Will never need to buy a bamboo steamer again! I'm so tired of bamboo steamers falling apart at the seams from the steam, then have to be replaced. These are yet another high quality accessory for the Instant Pot that frees me from bamboo shreds. Great for steaming vegetables, pot stickers, and even fish. And cleans up easily.

This is such a handy little set, it should come with the instapot! I use parts of this set almost daily, if not a few times a week, it's indispensable! ▪I love the little dish, I make quiche in it all the time. My favorite thing is you don't have to add any extra grease, or crust. You just end up with this really beautifully textured light egg dish that's low in fat. ▪The steamer insert is really handy and easy to clean. Think you could stack the dish and the steamer together to do like a pot in pot but I haven't tried that yet. There's definitely room for all three inside the 6-quart pot. ▪The only thing I'm not 100% crazy about is the rack, the legs get a little Wiggly when it's hot and there's something heavy on top of it once it's out of the pot, there's no problem inside the pot with it being unstable. But I love it's extra long, so I'm 99.9% crazy about it, and that makes up for any issues with the wiggly legs. Just be careful if you have something heavy on top of it. I used this for a cheesecake and I don't think I could have got the cheesecake out in one piece without it. But just be careful when putting putting it on the counter because it might tip whatever you have on top of it. All in all a great purchase, and a no-brainer. It's brings so much more functionality to the instapot.

This set works great with the Instant pot. Like there are 3 different items and I am finding a use for each one. Like the long handles on the rack/steamer unit. They fold down very easily and do not get in the way of closing the Instant pot lid. I am finding because these are made of silicone material they do not heat up as much as metal ones do and therefore easily to handle. All these items washed well with little effort to keep them clean. Dishwasher safe to but I still choice to quickly rinse them off instead, wipe and put away.

Used only twice and one of the handles of the trivet has snapped off. Still had water in the pot but the trivet legs had melted and ruined the instant pot insert. Returning the item but I wish I could get a refund for the insert pot too since I’ll have to get a new one. My advice is to stick to stainless steel and ceramic instead of silicone. Waste of money and costs me more money to replace the insert pot as well.
