The media could not be loaded.  We needed a fast delivered snorkel for last minute break away 2 weekends ago. There was the opportunity for some outdoor wild swimming so a snorkel set was needed. This was Prime delivered the next following day in time before we left. It fitted well once the adjustments were made. The snorkel tube has a self closing mechanism to prevent water going down the tube. The mask was comfortable to wear.Hopefully will get some more wear out of it.

This fogs up and the tube doesn’t allow you to breathe under water.

Our 8-year-old tried this snorkel. He found it fit comfortably and never having snorkelled before we found this easy to use. We did find that if he forgot to only mouth breathe then the eye piece did fog up fairly quickly but that’s to be expected. The eye pieces came covered with an inner removable liner to prevent scratching but the liner was slightly caught in the rim so when we removed it we couldn’t actually get the entire liners off and the edge of the liner ripped rather than removed and we have a small amount remaining inside. He found the mask clear and easy to see through.We did find the tubing rather short- he could barely put his face in the water without the end being at water level, however the autolock feature prevented water coming in through the tube. The tube can be clipped onto the side of the mask easily but this changes the angle and makes it even more likely that the end will dip under the water.The mask was easy to adjust and fit him easily- with space to go both smaller and bigger so would be suitable for a range of sizes.Happy with this as our first snorkel.

My son loves going under the water, and we were able to try out the goggles yesterday at the swimming pool. The strap was easy to adjust, but initially, the sides kept leaking. He is 7, and I'd like to think has an average sized melon for a head. After a few attempts, we managed to prevent it leaking terribly, although water did continue to get in over time. He said was really clear under the water though. We've had sets where they didn't leak at all, so not sure if there is an issue with the sealing rubber on this one (it looks fine all the way round), as there is a flap of rubber creating two barriers around 70% of the goggles, but not towards the bottom.

My 7 and 5 year olds have tried this with mixed results. The initial sensation they both had was be of discomfort saying they didn’t like the nose bit and it felt like it stuck out from the head too much and they couldn’t see sideways much.I was an amateur scuba diver in my Before Children life a few years ago and my masks were always angled back each side towards the ears which have better peripheral vision. Now I know these are for kids but they just seem too big for their smaller faces while having the thinner width for children.The snorkel works fine although I can’t get get them to use it for more than a few seconds yet.

We have a large pool in the garden and my son wanted to go underwater so I thought I'd give these ago he enjoys snorkeling floating around the pool when we next go away we will definitely be taking this with us

This is a good value snorkel set aimed at younger ones.Both face mask and snorkel are made of good quality material, and do their job well.Our grand-daughter, Martha loves these - and the fact that they’re ‘pink for girls’ (her phrase!) is the clincher.Ideal if your child or grandchild is become more comfortable in the water, and is ready for the next step.
