I like that this has lots of spells in it where the ingredients are easy to find or purchase. I find this helpful for anyone just starting out like myself. It includes a free bouns e book as while and the link can be found on page four. Also like that this book is geared towards the 21st century witch. Front is a standard size and the pages are a good thickness. Paper cover is also a good quality. I would recommend this for beringers or Vaterns.

The book is sturdy and nice. It seems to be mostly simple spells for personal growth. It's a nice book for individuals who are just beginning Wicca, due to the simpleness of each spell and the easy readability.

This book is perfect for those just starting out! It’s very insightful and has a plethora of others available to build your knowledge base from there. It’s not a big book, so it’s easy to travel with. The table of contents as well as ingredients lists are simple and easy to read. I feel much more confident about moving ahead with my craft.

So liked this book a lot. I like to read a lot of different BOS and get different ideas. In the past there have been a lot of practitioners saying you HAVE to do this and that. Many of the newer books are relaxing on this. I enjoyed it and have already used a couple of the spells.

The entire book is about spells, that's it. two pages on introduction and the rest on spells. Part 1. 10 spells for love and relationship, Part 2. 10 spells on wealth and prosperity, Part 3. 10 spells on Assorted spells and strategies and the last three pages is on what next books to buy. little disappointed but you get what you pay for $3.49

I love this book it was one of the first I bought and I will always keep it. I still go back to it from time to time. It’s a great addition to my library of this type of spiritual work everything she does is great. I have many others buy it you won’t be sorry.

This simple, easy to read guide will get you started on spell casting using practical means. Most of the required materials are things you have in the house. Anything extra can easily be ordered online or found in a health food store. It's a good start for learning the craft.

This book is very basic and okay for young beginners looking to dabble, or for those looking for a small introduction to simple spells and intentions. However, for more seasoned practitioners or those with a higher universal mindset, it may miss the mark. May be a fun gentle start for those who identify with the craft or younger teens looking for simple friendship or love spells, but by no means covers the intricacies of self-development, awareness, and evolving our spiritual connection to earth, universe, and the collective, etc. An actual Book of Shadows, it is not.

i love it! i’ve always wanted a spellbook & i finally decided to delve into the witching world. i didn’t realize i would need additional materials to perform my spells but i’m so excited to go shopping for these items. i think it would be helpful to have a “essential item” list in the front of the book. a list compiled of common items used in these spells. but for a beginner, this book is amazing. it’s easy to read & navigate. i’m obsessed. it is paperback & quite small but that doesn’t bother me.

Excellent and easy to understand

I haven't gotten a chance to read any of it yet but book fell apart when I 1st opened it. Still usable just very inconvenient.

I am a hereditary witch and have been a practitioner of Wicca for as long as I can remember. I recently introduced my friends to the arts and ordered these books as gifts for them. Before I handed them the books, I read these myself and found they are absolutely fantastic, offer a great detail of knowledge and brilliant guides on everything within. A great selection of easy to follow spells, cheap to perform and really useful spells for all. A fantastic beginners guide!

Easy to ubderstand and use this guide is perfect for begginners and thod who want to learn more about spells.
