Back of top is a ribbed knit which gives stretch without losing shape. I'm sure like all other Cherokees will resist fading. I'm always cold so this will keep the chill from AC away but will need another layer in winter.Fit: I'm 5'5" 170lbs long torso, thick thighs and tummy pooch so was concerned about the slim cut. Medium is perfect! The front lays flat and hides bumps while the stretch in back does the work and follows your curves.I love the tab by the shoulder for badge reel.Pockets fit large phones lengthwise but are tacked 2 inches from the edge at the top. This keeps your phone from falling out when bending over but cannot fit your stethoscope in there. Small secondary pocket has easy entry and wide enough to fit your fist to grab keys or square post its.This is a great and functional design. Purchasing more.

Nursing school requires Cherokee. This top is comfortable and fits well, a bit more flattering than the other long sleeve top Cherokee has but both are good.

Super cute, fits mostly well, except the sleeves are so long! I am only 5'2" and I buy a petite in pants, so I wish I could buy a petite in scrubs with long sleeves.

LOVE THIS SCRUB TOP. THIS WAS THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. I'D WEAR A SCRUB TOP AND THE SCRUB JACKET TO KEEP WARM. HOWEVER, AFTER AWHILE I'D GET TOO HOT SO I'D TAKE THE JACKET OFF. AFTER AWHILE MY ARMS WOULD GET COLD. I STARTED LOOKING ON AMAZON AND FOUND MY SOLUTION. A LONG SLEEVE SCRUB TOP. I HAD LOOKED AT A SCRUB OUTLET BUT THEY HAD NONE. IT'S SO COMFY WITH ENOUGH STRETCH TO BE FLEXIBLE. I LOVE THIS TOP SO MUCH. I WAS UNSURE OF MY SIZE, I ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT ONES. I ENDED UP KEEPING THE XL, AND SENDING THE LARGER ONE BACK. I RECENTLY ORDERED ANOTHER XL.
