The delivery boy handed the parc el late and product not wotth for so much amountI want refund for this product

Died after 2 months
Loved the device, loved the scents (didn’t love the price for the scents since they only lasted 2ish weeks but I bought them anyway)…… what I don’t love and why I gave this 1 star for value is that it’s completely dead (and I’ve tried everything) after only 2 months and of course I have scents I JUST got in the mail that are now worthless. Sadly, not worth the money. :-(

Barely know it’s there
Extremely disappointed as we barely know it is there. In fairness it is being used in a large room however even when we are right next to it, we cannot smell it. I would have returned it however how does one return an opened/partially used product? I will stick to candles.

Works as described
We have only been using it a few days but set up was easy. We are trying to figure out the best times to program but so far it works jist as described.

Fragrances are wonderful and long lasting even when off.
The machine worked for about 2 weeks and stopped. All it shows is the night light. The fragrances still have a lot left in the bottles. I can't afford to buy another machine so what are my options?
