No, it doesn’t fill the entire magnifying screen, and there’s a bit of distortion. But it’s great for what it does.

Was not what I was expecting.
It worked to enlarge the phone screen. But, I just can’t get past the ugly lines this product has. If you loot at a real projector, there are many lines (that I think make the actual magnification happen) forming a circular pattern. This little projector has those same lines. From the photos it looks like a smooth screen that magnifies your phone but the screen on this product is not smooth at all. While watching, I can’t help but constantly noticing the circular lines. They are very similar to waves. Because of this design, it did not work for my needs.
