it takes a few minutes to heat up once patch is on your back, but very soothing for the entire day. Highly recommend. I did try cutting them in half, but I feel that the adhesive did not stay on when it was cut. If you use the whole patch intact, it works fantastically well.

This patch is a literal lifesaver. I have been given many medications for chronic pain - most of them were not helpful and/or damaging to my body, in many and various ways. ALL of them had significant and highly undesirable side-effects. This particular compound is safe, non-systemic, and 100 % effective in relieving pain . FANTASTICK value! These little patches are the bomb! Hurt my ol siatica and these baby's helped alot...give off good heat...better than Salonepas and other brands...Easy use...Soooo goooo buy em!😝.....UPDATE....ok so used 1out of 5 were hot! The others had NO HEAT AT ALL! DISSAPOINTED!!! waste of money!

Just as good as The capsaicin brand name pads for a fraction of the cost.like they’re much bigger than the 4x5” size that are commonly found. They last at least 12 hours also! Would definitely purchase they again

I have bought these for years and they are great and last all day BUT….They never “smelled” before but the smell now. It is a heavy cologne smell that others can smell when they walk by you. It wasn’t this way before and sadly now you can’t wear them without other people noticing.

I like the heat they put out can get a little warm but I was able to endure, if you are too sensitive regarding the heat do not use these patches get pretty warm

You're lucky if you can get the patch off the lining paper without it twisting and ruining the whole patch. So far, I have ruin three patches because it's difficult to get the patch off without it sticking to the ends. This is not a Heat Patch.I do not recommend this patch especially if you are suffering from back pain. It's going to be very difficult to get the patch on your back unless you have help. Anyway, the ones I did get on my shoulder and knee did not help with my pain. This product is a waste of money!
