I cant say enough good things about these. The fit, the construction, the protection they offer and the price are unbeatable. I will not buy any other kind now.

I'm 5'10" and about 195# right now with my damned prednisone gut. 38 inches by the measuring tape where I put my waistbands, or about 33 or 34 in jeans sizes. The other shirt I bought with this one in the same color and size (gray, large) is too long in the torso, too short in the arms to use the thumbholes, unflattering in the gut, and with no drawstring, has a hood that doesn't work even in a light wind.THIS shirt, however, has none of those problems. It's only a little shorter than the other, but enough that some crotch-bulge is not covered. You could be several inches taller than me and not show any waistband. I can use the thumbholes, which are constructed different so they are more comfortable. The width is not tight nor too loose, and is MUCH more flattering in the belly. And the hood's drawstrings keep it in place no matter the weather.But wait, there's more! The face protector is awesome whether it's up or it's down. When it's down, it's like a turtleneck which protects the back of your neck. And when both it and the hood are up, and you're wearing shield-type sunglasses, and using the thumbholes, everything is covered but your fingers. And there is one great feature I didn't even know it had when I bought it, which is a covered vent running across the upper back, which really works to keep things cooler. It even seems to retain less B.O. than the other shirt, though I'm not sure about that since I've only worn it once so far. This shirt is a winner in every way.

This is one of my favorite new items I have added my wardrobe. Perfect for the beach, fishing, sporting events, and just fighting off the late night late summer chill in the Midwest air. I have owned other versions of this type of shirt from other retailers and they never fit me properly. I am 6'4", 220lbs, with broad shoulders. This shirt fits perfectly. Not too tight, not too baggy, perfect sleeve length and the thumbholes on the sleeves are an added bonus. I will be ordering this shirt in another color soon...yes, I really do like it that much. Very lightweight but provides some amount of warmth. Will be great for a layer when the weather turns really chilly but so far this has been all I need to stay warm and protected from the strong summer sun.

I got this to protect me from the sun while doing my daily jog about 11 a.m. in south Fla. This is lightweight and comfortable even in the blazing sun, and the hood and extended sleeves give even more sun protection. I expect this to last a long time even with daily use.

I love this shirt so much I went back and bought two more in different colors. The fit was as expected. It keeps me cool on warm days and keeps me warm on cool days. I've worn this while fishing on the lake on a warm fall day, and I've worn it during a run on cold late fall morning.

I use these for work. I'm a roof inspector and for mountain biking. They are perfect for both.
