Most older houses don't have lights in the closets (or inadequate lights), so it's always fun trying to match colors and clothes in the morning. This light is a pretty good solution to that. It's more than bright enough for the 3 x 6 foot closet it's in and the motion detection works well, with only a few times where it didn't come on immediately. The main thing is to make sure you position the light so that it turns on all of the time AND provides the light you want in the area you want. The light comes with three different switch selections for a little flexibility for turning the light on. Once on, the light will stay on for about 20 seconds unless it still detects motion.For mounting, this light comes with three flat magnets that can be screwed to the wall/ceiling of stuck on with 3M tape (screws and tape included). The screws are really too short to use so I stuck with the tape. Best mounting hint is to select your location, attach the magnets to the light, then peel off the tape backing; stick it to the wall and you're all set. Keep in mind that you'll have to remove this light periodically to recharge it, so place it in a convenient location for that, also.The light recharges via a micro-USB port (short cable included). Mine had a good charge as received and took another 1/2 hour to top it off. It's supposed to last about 6 months on a full charge.Overall a good solution.

Bought one. Loved it so ordered another. Easy to install. Magnetic strips hold light. They attach anywhere with sticky surface on bottom of magnet. Metal on bottom of light strip then adheres to metal strip. We also used small screws just to be sure but probably not needed. Strip gives off bright light. We used them in 2 closets where we had ceiling lights and upper and lowere racks. . The LED strip allows us to see clothing by putting them on wall opposite lower hanging rack. They would also work mounted on ceiling. Also loved the rechargeable feature with usb cord included. Price was right too! Didn’t use motion detectors but chose to turn on/off . Detectors did work fine if you wanted them.

I put these in a small closet that didn't have any lights and they are perfect! I used the easy-to-install magnet plates with adhesive tape and they hold tight and have not failed. I could not use screws in this area so having the option to use only the adhesive tape was ideal. It is so easy to take the lights down to charge. I like these so much I ordered a second set to put up in my new travel trailer for areas that don't have light switches for the lights. Now, I have handy remote controls to turn lights on and off! The small size fits all spaces and gives off a very bright light. Don't hesitate to buy these! You won't be disappointed.

We have a dark entry way and often don't remember to turn on the light before leaving the house. The motion light is installed above the door and provides light needed for both safety and finding the key hole in the door. It recharges fine.

The lights are bright with some pretty strong magnets for easy installation. The motion sensors aren't overly sensitive but will still turn on with little movement. Working great as interior lights for some metal cabinets that I have.

I didn’t expect to like these as much as I do. I installed one under a kitchen counter, and one in the pantry, and one in my armoire. They work perfectly, and are so easy to recharge. I highly recommend them.

At the recommendation of my electrician, I ordered magnetic under cabinet lights for my kitchen. He suggested motion detection and I'm so glad I took his advice. You charge the light, it sticks on by magnet and the night motion detection works great. It's so cool to walk into the kitchen and have the lights come on when I walk by. They don't stay on long. They charge easily and quickly with the provided USB cable. One wasn't working right and I reached out to replace it, the seller responded quickly and the light was immediately replaced. Highly recommend.

Before I bought this, I had a light that required 4 batteries to work and it lasted ONE WEEK. I was shocked. I bought this rechargeable light instead on Feb 22, and I'm writing this review June 3- the day I finally need to recharge it. It lasted over 3 months. 3 freaking months. I love it.

So bright does what they say would buy again

It’s great I have put one under a shelf above my bed so if I want to I can read at night and is bright enough even at the lowest setting also have one in my wardrobe with motion detection on and I can see my clothes and other stuff I have in there a lot better

That’s the most wonderful sensor light indoor I’ve ever had so far. It’s really convenient that it is automatically turned on when I get back home. You don’t need to switch on the light when you just pass the corridor, kitchen or bedroom. One more thing that you could set on different mode of light, also set Auto- off timer as well. Amazing!

Nice slim lights that are hidden by the bottom of the wall cupboard doors. Very easy to install with sticky pads. Magnets are fairly strong. Light temperature colours are good but could be brighter. Only real minus is limited battery life.

Really like these lights, perfect for dark locations. Easy to install anywhere with multi functionality using either the remote or by the buttons on each unit meaning they can be adjusted as each position requires. Easy to understand instructions and like the fact it is also printed on each unit. My daughter immediately bought some after seeing mine.
