There are nicks in a couple of the bars. Can you send me replacements?

They sent my unit without the two bottom crosspieces, after they had to do their "investigation" it was determined i was sent the wrong unit. I paid extra for the upgraded unit, which had the 2 bottom crosspieces. Took about 3 months to recieve. All said, they might replace, but expect a long turnaround...p.s. keep the box. it has a code they need. w/out it, no dice!

How high is it roughly from the floor, with casters, to were the angle starts. I plan on using this in a studio where I will be seated?

About 37 inches for the 16U one. If you're sitting down, it's gonna be way too tall (I use mine standing up, and it towers above my digital piano, which I also play standing up). I'd get the 9U version if you're going to be seated.

What is the diameter and pitch of the rack mounting hardware that comes with it?

Will a mackie profx16 mixer fit? will it be top heavy if nothing on bottom shelf. looking for something easy to transport in my vehicle with pa system
