Really A Lot Better Than I was Expecting - Very Well-Made
This is an adorable box. It's nice and sturdy. I knew it would be smaller, but I was pleasantly surprised at the size and how much this box will actually hold. I was astonished at how well-made this box is, it's much better than I had anticipated. The card inside says it was hand-made and I believe it was. I had originally bought the box to use for a prop in photographs, but now it's going to hold things on my desk. The locking mechanism works like a charm. I purchased the suggested little lock and key. They match perfectly and work well. I'm not sure how well the lock would actually keep anyone out of the box, but I did not buy this box for that so it's not something I am worried about. This box would be a great part for a special gift or a themed gathering. I will definitely be back to buy a bigger one!

Very cool keepsake box
I just received the gift keepsake box for my grandson. I think he will be excited to have it. It is a good-looking box and the workmanship seems excellent. Cannot wait until he sees it (soon).

Nice little box with a lot of character.
This is a nice little box, and good quality for the price. That said, it's not heirloom quality. It's well made, cute, sturdy, and functions well. I used it to be a gift to hold yet another gift. It made for a fantastic presentation. Add a little lock on the front and put the key in wrapping paper and you have a fantastic present! I got a lock that "matches" the box here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MFFSLNV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00. It's a set of three locks, but they were sufficiently inexpensive that I didn't care. I'll find something else to do with the other two. My wife loved opening this box on her birthday and finding another gift inside, and now she uses the box to store small items. Great dual use purchase!

This "Locks" all of your important things up nice and tight. And it is CLASSY ....
Check these pics. This is a TRUE man chest. My Passport fits in it PERFECTLY ... as well as all of my other items. My box of cuff links, etc. Check out why I bought this. My old MAN BOX - was broken. PLUS - that old one extended off the shelve of my dresser a bit. See the pics. Check out the difference with this one. It is nice and sturdy. I put a lock on the front of it (simply for the view) and it makes it look like a REAL TREASURE chest ! I LOVE IT !!! Very much worth the price .....
