My nails have been weak and brittle since my teens. I'm now 30, and have tried multiple different products to help strengthen my nails, but nothing works. Eating more protein, using nail polish strengtheners, but nothing helps. My nails were peeling and my friend recommended some Biotin, and I decided on this brand. Ive only taken this 4 times and holy moly, the results! My nails are no longer peeling, and they're SO much stronger now! I used to be able to bend them easily, but now i struggle to bend them. I’ve been taking these for about a month and what I noticed immediately was that my nails became whiter and stronger. I have brittle nails because I do my own gel manicures often. My nails have been strong and noticeably whiter on the tips. My hair seems shinier with less shedding . I haven’t switched up hair products and I don’t really add much heat to it. All things considered I do believe these work well.

I stopped taking biotin for a bit because I didn’t have it in my budget but let me just say my hair was falling out, my nails were so brittle….etc, but since I’ve started taking it again at the very least my nails are strong!!

I live the small easy to swallow pill. The value for money is good. This is great for anyone that seems to be losing more hair than they should.

I take several supplements every day. Are they really doing me a lot of good? Honestly don't know. But, have been taking the same ones for many years now and wonder, if I was not taking them, would I be any worse off? I do look up each and every medication and supplement I take to see if they are safe, if they are from a reputable company, if they interfere with any medications I have to take on a daily basis. I think when you spend as much time reading as I do, you learn a lot about health, healthy habits, what is good for you and what is not good for you. My hair started to get thin, fall out, got very depressing so started taking Biotin supplements several years ago. Stopped for a while as I didn't think they were doing a whole lot of good. Trying them again, different brand, higher dose. Good luck to me??? Small gel capsule, slippery, easy to swallow with liquid.

I am a repeat buyer of these! The coating and size make them very easy to swallow. And they do not upset my stomach. I feel the ingredients are just what I need snd do what they say
