Desperado "Santa Fe Wind Up Mechanical Chrome Plated Pocket Watch with Arabic Numerals

Looks great. Got it as a gift so I never really took it out of the box or wound it up. Once I was ready to give it away I wound it up and tried to set the time but the hands were off and I could not get a true time on it. It was after the limited 30 day return window. So now i have to have it sent to a repair shop and wait to get it back before I can gift it. AND I have to pay additional charges for shipping to get this done.

I got it for Christmas and a week later the winding stem fell off rendering the watch useless. Unfortunately, we have already thrown the packaging out so it is doubtful that we will be able to return it - if we can't we just wasted nearly $100. I'm not sure that I would buy this again. I think I would opt for a watch without a cover to reduce the moving parts and complexity.ADDENDUM - I want applaud Amazon for their customer service. We had obviously discarded the packaging after Christmas and when the watch worked for the 1st week. We weren't sure that there would be any way to return it for a refund so we could get something else but Amazon came though with flying colors. We buy a lot from Amazon (we live in the middle of no where so they are about our only shopping) - it's nice to have a company that you can count on.

Very nice watch my husband loves it!!! The wind up lasts over 24 hours. The delivery was very fast.

beautiful watch, works smoothly like it should fast delivery, nothing to complain about I would buy it again.
