12/2024 Had to ge another one. not bad. using it everyday for 4 years. 12/2020 it's works and comfortable. only thing is this headband can recharge your headset but have to purchase a stand that charges the phone. kinda annoying since you already spent so much they should include the charger with this headband. i am using this at work and in the car but it's bit bulky to use. i ordered a custom mold ear piece for the headset so lets see which one works better. also when you use this you have to take off all the in ear piece but it gives you a louder sound. i have to turn the volume down when i use this headband. A+ but that tells me the headset ear pieces needs to be redesigned. perhaps bigger and more holes on them so it can let more sound through the in ear piece. update: i recently got a custom molded ear piece for the blue tooth. honestly this is much more used than the custom mold. i use this daily in the office and in the car. so much comfortable. when not in use i just hang it on my neck. sounds much better than all the attachments i got for the Bluetooth.... update 06/2017 i use this every day. much better and comfortable than the custom mold ear piece i got. if you get Sennheiser head set this is a must. update 05/2020. the one i purchase above has died. it wont charge anymore on the stand. purchased a second one. cant live without it. it's too bad it only lasted 3 years. but i love the presence blue tooth so this is the best way to use it. i also purchased custom molded earpiece which is much better in sound volume but the issue is losing it. this head set goes around my neck when i am not using it so no way to lose it.

While I love the Sennheiser Presence, I've always wished for a headband. And now I have one. This works easily. I wish that I could charge the Presence without removing it from the headband. And sound volumes are lower, because the earpiece is no longer in your year. I like that you can spin this so you can wear it either on your left or right ear. It is very comfortable, and you can wear it for hours at a time. If you need to speak privately to a real person, you can turn the microphone vertically, and it won't pick up your voice. Make sure that you turn it down toward your mouth when you are ready to speak to someone on the phone. Overall, I like this accessory a lot. By the way, the Sennheiser Presence is one of the few Bluetooth earpieces that actually suppress most wind noise.

Expensive for what it is, but makes the Presence BT headset much more comfortable. I'm literally on calls 8:30am-5:30pm every day, and before getting this headband my ear would be sore from the Presence earbud being in my ear. That alone is makes this accessory worth it, but from a sound quality perspective it's honestly surprising how well the sound carries from the Presence ear bud through the channel to the over-the-ear cup of this headband. The volume is very impressive and sounds fantastic with a decent amount of isolation from outside noises (making it easy to hear with the normal WFH challenges like dogs barking and fan/air-conditioners running) without being so tight as to be uncomfortable. No issues with people hearing my voice either, even when I'm walking around the house on Skype for Business conference calls.

I'm not sure what all the complaints are on other reviews, this headband works just fine, material is consistent with it's pricing, and yes, you do need to be precise with the connecting and disconnecting of the headset, which means it isn't "idiot proof", so if you're someone that isn't precise, and not good with your hands, then this may not be good for you. But otherwise, it works fine as advertised, and as it should be used, no issues whatsoever.

If you think you can't hear now with that Bluetooth it'll just make it worse especially if there's any kind of noise around you

This is a bottom tier, low end product that should be valued at ~$5. Sennheiser is famous for well crafted products and extremely high quality sound at all price point levels. This headband has neither. It looks cheap, feels flimsy and cheap, I can't trust that the metal part will be durable, the plastic is the rough nasty kind and the cushion is scratchy. The speaker in this sounds tinny and narrow spectrum. The manner in which the Presence UC attaches to the headband is hilariously engineered - it really barely fits, the earpiece needs to be aligned a certain way but it still doesn't fully "click" in place. The way it has to be pushed in and out turns the headphone on and off and the odd angle will probably damage the USB connectors in time. It's just a badly designed (read non-designed) product and it is manufactured only with cost in mind. Unbelievable.

We bought these as part of our upgrade for an office. The nice thing is that they are light weight, and the Presence unit fits really securely. We also got the charging stands, and the magnetic holder works great. The biggest issue I have is that the earpiece is made of a smooth material - a fake leather-type vinyl. It slides around your ear, and is extremely noisy. If you have long hair, it is even worse. The slightest touch from your hair creates a loud 'brushing' sound - super annoying. So trying to do any activity, like simply walking around, creates tons of noise. If they would have simply made the earpiece out of foam, or at least offered a foam earpiece, then this would be a 5-star accessory. Right now I'm on the hunt for a foam piece that fits.....
