I finally smartened up and purchased some velcro ankle straps for my resistance tube leg workouts. I have never owned velcro ankle straps, and these AOHO MOOON straps are of exceptional quality and comfortable. I had been slipping nylon loops over my feet to secure my resistance tubes when practicing hamstring stretches. The nylon loops were strong and secure, but the loops were uncomfortable against my ankles and Achilles tendons when stretching the tubes. The very first time I used these ankle straps, my workout was more efficient and more comfortable when stretching my hamstrings. I simply used a small caribener hook to connect my resistance tube rings to the ankle strap rings and I was more confident while exercising. Excellent quality product. Well packaged fabric is sturdy material my only concern is the one ring maybe unbalanced depending on how much weight you put but if you're going lightweight definitely worth the price good quality good packaging delivered on time.
