Very helpful, but a little tricky to get positioned properly
Would be 5 star if they came up a little higher in between breasts and were thicker...because I am a 36G and sweat completely through bras regularly, but they help alot and I don't need to change bras throughout the day, just the liners. Prevents chafing too.

38" Is it a Med or a Lg?
I am a 38DD. The size chart has a 38" as the largest size on a Medium and the smallest size on a Large. Go with the Medium. Otherwise, these are great at keeping the rash away that I used to get under my breasts:-)
