They are not marked... just one size fits all sort of thing... however, my daughter is 5 years old and wearsa size 10 kids size. These slippers are still a big on her, so I would say they are maybe a 13 kids or even a 1 when you move into the bigger sizing.

How do I know about what size these are?

The shoes adjust in the back. My daughter wore them comfortably from Toddler size 12 to Girls size 1. My younger daughter likes to wear them too, she's a Toddler size 10 - but they are a little big on her. Just FYI, these are great for a costume or home dress up - but my older daughter did not like wearing them if she had to walk around much.
