Makes a perfect cheese dome and steaming lid for my cast iron skillet!I had already gone through a couple of defective cheese domes and was looking for the perfect domed, light-weight lid. THIS LID is a PERFECT FIT!While there are many great flat steel lids available, domed lids are a whole different story.Most cheese domes have a rolled steel edge at the bottom which inevitably has a gap that collects liquids and steam from the pan. This gap is very difficult to clean out.I also didn’t want a plastic handle on a steel lid. But the steel handles on domed lids are usually loose, and ill-fitting.This lid is seamlessly well constructed and cleans up easily.Very happy with this purchase.

Fits my 24 cm Fissler frying pan well. The dome shape accommodates taller food items making the 24 cm (9.4 inch) frying pan even more versatile. It is all stainless steel, sturdy, well made and light in weight.

Before you buy it Country of Origin is clearly listed as Germany. This is a lie. "Made in China" is clearly printed on the box !The fit is very good. I will use it, but to pay this much, not good. If they listed it honestly, as made in china, it would likely sell for $20, no more. I feel screwed out of 30+ dollars.

It fits both my 10 and 9 in WMF SS frying pans. I don't have the Fissler 9.5 in Frying pan, but it fits just as well and also looks beautiful.
