I needed this for 2 laptops I was working on. It came with everything I needed. Nicely boxed and good quality.

Owned for over two years now, still going strong
Goal for me and this adapter was as a way to leverage with multiple laptops - DELL, Samsung, Lenovo, HP's. Basically a backup adapter / just a way to avoid keeping multiple adapters at my desk.And so far, over two years in, this adapter has held up. Only con I would give this is a the proprietary nature of the plugs , but there's even a way around that -- I've managed to use the M5 plug to bridge this adapter to the more standard 5.5x2.1mm round barrel jacks and again, so far. those have worked for me.Definitely one of my "go to" hardware devices!

It does not work for gateway laptops so I have to my friend for his HD laptop so all is good

Perfect fit!! My husband has an old Asus laptop that he’s not ready to part with. Battery dead then his AC adapter stop working. Ordered this replacement and it works like a champ.Great fit and perfect performance

Great product
I had dropped my laptop and the connector broke as well as the hole the plug goes in was damaged. It's hard to find the correct size charger. This had multiple sizes to choose from which one worked. Would have had to get a new laptop if I didn't find this product.
