I always get lower back pain from sitting in an office chair all day long. This thing works wonders and I love it. Only reason it's not a five star is that the nubs on the board are very hard and I think they should be rubber tipped to not dig in so harshly into my back. But overall its great

It's entirely possible that it's user error, but I haven't gotten any real relief of lower back pain with this stretcher.I don't have experience with other products like this, so I may have expected too much.Compared to similar products, the price and construction seem good.I'm 215-220ish, and this shows no sign of difficulty handling my weight, so it should be good for most people.Not really a negative review of the product itself - quality and price are good. My expectations may have been too high.

As someone who stands all day for work I often need a back stretch . This device works so well and gives the much needed back crack after a long day

The lowest settings couldn’t possibly crack someone’s back, and the highest setting wasn’t high enough to crack mine. It’s a good product and easy to use so if you have a more stiff back than me, this may work for you.

I have owned a different stretcher, all plastic. I recently moved cross country and it’s in a box…somewhere. I was happy with it, it was a reasonable price, and once I’d put it together, did just what it was supposed to. But here I am in a new state and I can’t find it. My back started flaring up (I have facet arthritis) and I needed help now. I found this particular stretcher by price because I figured it just needed to tide me over. This one was quite a bit less expensive than the style I’d purchased before.It arrived and didn’t need any putting together- already a plus because the other one took some strength. To adjust the curve, you just twist the bar at the bottom. Super easy. One way arches it up more and the other way arches it down. I love this because you can get it EXACTLY the way you want it - not just the 3 preset levels.This features bumps for acupressure and magnets for…I don’t really know. Seemed like something silly to me, but that’s just my ignorance.So once I had it to the proper curve, I used it. And please believe me when I say this one is so much better than my old one!!! Is it the bumps being in different places! Is it the magnets? Is it the ability to set it to the exact curve that works best?Honestly I don’t know - but I do know that this one makes my back even happier than the old one did.It doesn’t cure anything, nor does it profess to, but it’s pretty much magic for allowing me to live my life pain-well, not pain-free, but pretty darn close.My one piece of advice - once you’re done, ease it out from under you very carefully and just relax for a couple minutes before you try to get up.

It came in I damaged and works fine. But I’m not sure if both my sister and my back are a different kind of messed up, because when we try to use this it never cracks our backs. It does provide a good stretch though.

Pain relief? Nope! Not for me anyways....

This is very well made & packaged. It's so easy to adjust. I'm using this one to lie on. I have another I use as a backrest. Just got sick of running downstairs to get it. One in the bedroom. One in the living room.
