I received exactly what I ordered and the needle seems to be sturdy enough for something that thin. It slips through the beads wonderfully with room to spare.I haven't been able to use it with thread yet because the thread I ordered for it (a FireLine Braided Bead Thread in 0.006in Extra Fine, from another dealer) was not the one I got. I received a regular sized thread and it wouldn't fit the needle. I had to make some other purchases that took priority so the replacement thread was put on the back burner; but I will update as soon as I order another one.

The best beading needles for embroidery. Sharp goes through Pellon like butter. Do not bend they are very short but strong and last a long time.
