Lots of suction. Might be a bit difficult to use on yourself when choking, as it's a bit difficult to pull up. Wish all three had been large size...but you get one small, one medium and one large. Bigger than I expected. Can't carry it in a purse. They are pretty uncomplicated for the price. Hope I never have to use them for real...but, if so, I have them as a backup.

So far, we have not had to use one. Hope we never do. Instructions seem clear enough. We kept the large one, send the medium size to the granddaughters home, and the small to another family's home.

This is a great product , anyone who has kids needs this item.

Hope I never have to use this item. But feel better having it on hand.

Hopefully if l ever need to use it, l'll be very happy.

How handy it is

Easy to use. The three pack was the best value for the money.

This is not a Lifevac. Made in china. Would not trust my childs life with this.
