Love it
The kettle was brought to replace another well known brand which only lasted a couple of months. It looks just like the picture. No issues with taste, boil time or noise level. It takes 2 minutes 30 seconds to boil water up to the 5 cup mark. I've had the kettle 7 months. It has a filter in the spout. No rusting or flaking. It needs wiping down regularly due to it being stainless steel.

Looks good and boils fast BUT has a safety issue and is expensive to run
This kettle looks good and boils water quickly but it suffers from two significant design flaws. Firstly, the width of the body, combined with the curve of the side handle, means that the distance from the user's hand to the centre of gravity of the kettle is roughly 15cm / 6in. The effect of this is that the user not only needs to apply vertical force to lift the kettle upwards, but also rotational force to prevent it from tipping at the same time. Believe me, it is heavy (see the second reason below) and this places strain on the wrist - I am a reasonably strong man, used to manual work, and even I find it an uncomfortable appliance to use. If a user were less strong, or had weaker wrists, it could be a wrestling match for every cup of coffee - in my view this is a safety hazard when the kettle contains boiling water. The second reason is simple economics. This kettle needs to have about 0.8 litres / 1.4 pints of water in it before the level on the sight glass reaches the "Min" mark. So, if you just want a cup of coffee (say 0.2 litres / 0.35 pint), you have to boil a full litre of water just to get your cupful. In that instance the energy used to boil the 0.8 litres is wasted, which at £0.40 per kWh equates to 3 pence or so. That may not sound much until you think how many times an average household will make a cuppa each day.Based on the above I would not recommend this kettle.

Love the chrome look
Looks good and works well. A little noisier than I expected but no big deal. Goes nice with the toaster

Lovely design kettle
Negative: the kettle is very heavy, clumsy, water guide starts at 4 cups and it is very noisy.Positive: lovely looking and rapid boil.

Very expensive, for cheap products
Bothe the kettle & toaster in the rose gold really appealed to me as they would match my kitchen. I thought they were a little expensive but I bit the bullet & ordered. They arrived 2days late & when unpacked on first appearance they looked great. However, the dials on the toaster are very flimsy &cheap plasticy. Have not made toast yet so can’t comment. The kettle is the same, great to look at but lid & on/off switch flimsy. It is very quiet when it boils.

Don’t be fooled cos it says funky in BIG letters
I’ll start with a positive, its a nice colour. That’s it! Sooooooooo LOUD when boiling sounds like Concorde if I’m on the phone in the kitchen I have to leave to hear my conversation the person on the other end can hear it like it’s in their kitchen, I’ve been told. The button doesn’t stay down either, you have to keep pressing until it decides to stay down, (I’m talking pressing consecutively a multitude of times)like a game, overall an overpriced kettle that is all funk and not funky, its actually quite a boring standard shape too I should’ve known better.
