Q: How opaque is the paint? I've had so much trouble finding a fluorescent paint that is thick enough to have good coverage and really stand out.

When you have trouble with coverage go with multiple thin layers. You can also add a touch of titanium white to increase the opacity of translucent colors, or paint over white.
