Bought for use with Radxa CM3
Radxa brags about the Waveshare Mini Base Board compatibility.E,g, Does not require the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4But can use the Radxa ROCK 3 CM3. I can only get it to boot using the CM3's flash and display via HDMIBut none of the Mini Base boards IO works. Its an easy fix for a Linux driver developer. As it just needs the BSP kernel drivers compiling for the different pin layout.Just a note for Waveshare- the USB 2 host hub used on the mini base board is now obsolete. However for me time and effort is not worth something both Waveshare and Radxa should fix.

Works perfectly for me
I've programmed several Raspberry Pi CM4s with this and had no trouble at all.

Failed out of the box
Followed the (poorly written) installation instructions, turned plugged it into an appropriate POE switch. It started up, the Raspberry Pi logo appeared on the screen, the screen went blank, the HDMI monitor lost signal and went to sleep. And...NOTHING!

Perfekt
