Such a good investment! 2nd purchase.
Boy...for the price of this thing and how much I used it in 5 years, I really got my money's worth buying this cart. I'm buying a replacement because I put the first one through hell and it finally gave out. The weld on the bottom of the handle broke...and with good reason. For years I have been cutting down small trees/shrubs and using this cart to move them. I used it constantly and filled it over the brim all the time. It just kept taking every load and going. Then we had a hurricaine and a bunch oak trees fell. I was carting HEAVY pieces of trees, way over the weight limit, for months. I can't believe it lasted as long as it did. Over its 5-year lifetime of heavy-duty use, I think I replaced 3 tires and everything else held up until I started dropping the heavy oak tree trunk pieces in it. Then a couple welds on the bottom started to break before the handle broke. This cart isn't meant for that kind of hauling. This cart has been so useful in managing our large property, I cannot even tell you. I pulled it by hand sometimes, but moreso with the atv. Very convenient. I'd just put the handle right over the ball hitch and go. It can haul alot...even my husband and dog sitting together in the back:) i never really had a need to put the sides down for what i was using it for. Very simple to put together- maybe 10 min for a handy person up to 30 min if you've never handled a wrench. The instructions are great and all the pieces packed neatly. Don't hesitate to buy. This is a great price for a quality item if you need to do some yard hauling. It's a joy to use!

Depends on your needs; can be a great cart or just a good cart.
It's a good cart. I like that the sides can come off or be put on, as I need both functions. It sturdy enough and was easy to build. Is easy enough to maneuver once you get used to it, if you haven't used a cart like this before. It's stronger than it looks, but it's not the strongest or easiest to move cart out there. I bought the two pack, the one that came with this one and the 2 wheel Gorilla Cart GCR-4 Poly Dump Cart. It was an excellent deal for both. I needed to shovel soil and move it, so obviously the two wheel one with no holes in the bottom was also what I needed. But I had in mind that this green one would work better to move my potted plants from the garage where they overwinter, to outside in the summer. The pots are heavy and I'd like to move more than one at a time. This green one does work better than the 2 wheel one for that, because the sides are taller and help hold the pots in and the entire bottom is flat, so it can hold more plants than the 2 wheel one. I also use it to move buckets of water (with lids). So for my needs, its prefect. I got both carts and they are both great. I recommend both, but for different things. The only reason why I mention the other cart in a review of this green one is because, in general, I think the other one is overall the better one of the two. The two wheel one seems much stronger than this one, and is easier to move than this one. That one is a dump cart, so the bottom is sloped on the far end. If you want to move heavy things easily, and don't need the bottom to be totally flat, then between the two of them, the black two wheel one is the one that is actually heavy duty, in my opinion. I would call this green one medium to slightly heavy duty. I'd say that the best part is that all 4 sides can be removed if needed, put back on of needed, and the bottom is entirely flat. It all depends on your needs.

Solid build quality; easy assembly; excellent performance
I'm very happy with this Gorilla Cart. As with other Gorilla Cart products I've owned, the overall build quality is excellent. All the welds are solid, the tires are of good quality, and even the fasteners are top notch. Assembly is very straightforward, with all the fasteners grouped by assembly step. I'd rate the assembly as 100% frustration-free. The manufacturer does an excellent job of packaging the cart, with care taken to avoid items shifting in transit and becoming damaged. Even the threads on the frame studs are protected by rubber covers to avoid damage in transit. Very well done! Maneuverability is excellent. I'm not coming close to the listed capacity of 800 pounds, but given how it performs with a few hundred pounds I don't doubt the listed capacity. A very handy tool to have, and an excellent value, especially if you can catch it on a price dip. But even at the usual price, the better build quality and the much easier assembly process make it, for me, a strong value compared with other brands I considered. Five stars.

Solid Utility Cart for Loading and Offloading Toyhauler Gear
Solid Utility Cart for Loading and Offloading Toyhauler Gear I'd give this Gorilla Carts 800lb steel utility cart a solid 4 stars and it has become a practical part of our toyhauler setup for loading and offloading gear at the campsite. The 800lb capacity handles heavy loads of camping equipment, tools, and supplies without any flexing or stability concerns, and the flatbed dolly design with removable sides gives flexibility to configure the cart for different load types and sizes depending on what we're hauling. The tow handle makes pulling loaded gear across campgrounds, gravel, and uneven terrain manageable without excessive effort, and the steel construction feels genuinely heavy duty and built to hold up to regular hard use without bending or wearing out quickly. For toyhauler owners who regularly load and unload significant amounts of gear, having a capable utility cart that handles the heavy lifting and reduces the number of trips back and forth makes a real practical difference in the campsite setup and breakdown process. The removable sides add versatility for oversized or awkwardly shaped loads that wouldn't fit within fixed side panels. The reason I'm holding back a star is that the wheels, while functional on firm surfaces, struggle somewhat on softer ground like deep grass or sand compared to larger all-terrain wheel options. That said, for campground use on typical surfaces it performs reliably and is a very practical, well-built utility cart at a fair price. Recommended.

Excellent quality for the price
This is an amazing cart and easy to assemble. I used this cart to move a transmission and eventually an engine. A whole 1JZgte engine moved with ease and the maneuverability is great especially the turn radius and overall function.

Great Garden Wagon
Great cart, very sturdy holds a good load. Moves easily. Be aware the video shows a replaceable handle to hook up to tractor but it does not come with it and always out of stock. Wagon moves easily as does the handle. Sides come off easily when you remove them.

Great peoduct
I purchased one of these several years ago for my Mother. They are very sturdy carts, easy to use, and very convenient. Her neighbor commented on how nice it was. I got this for him as a thank you gift for looking out for my Mom. He was very happy with it.

It's so shiny!!!! Observations between the 800 pound and 400 pound cart
After reading all of the reviews on here I decided to give this cart a chance. It showed up in a cardboard box that looked a little on the rough side as it had a hard life while being shipped. Everything inside though was in perfect condition and the red paint on this is like fire engine red. One of the reviewer's on here mentioned that the expanded metal mash is only welded on every third point. That is correct on my cart also. If I was building this, I would weld every single point but I do not think it will be that big of a deal. My entire plan all along was to take a piece of plywood and cut it to fit as a base inside the cart so the expanded wire mash isn't taking the load of my items. I bought this cart with the intention of using it while camping and at the shooting range. I wanted to be able to fill it up with my 5 gallon water containers and shuttle water back to my camper. I also wanted to haul around boxes of shotgun shells in sporting clays and my other gear at the shooting range. After assembling the cart I have no doubt this will be a great cart for what I want to use it for! TESTING & ASSEMBLY This cart took no more than 20 minutes to assemble and the instructions were very clear and the package with the nuts and bolts was very well labeled. The steps of assembly in the directions are labeled one through five. The cardboard package with the nuts and bolts is also labeled one through five. The bolts in part one are used in a simply step one. Very easy. I was rather impressed by it considering this is probably from China. Please see the attached photos for reference. You will need a pair of pliers, and wrenches and sockets in the 11/16 inch and 7/8 inch size. The instructions in the actual simply could not have been simpler. After I got it it's simple, I decided to climb into the cart and stand on it to test the strength of the wire mash. I am a 240 pound man and I stood on the wire mash between the cross braces and while it does sag, it did not break. I would not however carry heavy things in this cart resting solely on the wire mesh. If you cut a piece of plywood to act as a floor, I would not hesitate to Hall 800 pounds of cement bags in this cart. The sidewalls are secure enough when they are all hooked together. As it is designed, I think it should be all or nothing when Using the sidewalls. I bought the 800 pound capacity cart versus the 400 pound model because the cross braces were substantially stronger on the 800 pound cart. They are squared tubes that go all the way across from side to side. The 400 pound cart does not have such strong crossmembers. I figured I would pay the extra $20 to get a much stronger frame. And now let's talk about the smell of the tires. They stink. I would not let this be a dealbreaker as every rubber tire for carts like this is going to smell badly. Get it outside, use it, get some dirt rubbed on them and let them air out. They should be fine. If you have ever been to Harbor freight and seen the tires they sell as replacements for carts like this one, you know what the tires smell like. As far as the quality of the tire itself, the rubber seems more of a plastic consistency than a rubber consistency like you would expect from a car tire. You can find tires to replace these if you desire at Harbor freight that would be better I think. The card was sitting outside my house before I assembled it in my garage so it was cold in the tires were stiff. That might be part of the problem. It was about 25ยฐF outside and only 45ยฐF in my garage. Depending on how smoothly the tires roll across the dirt I might get some better tires for it from Harbor freight that are more rubbery and therefore they would soak up the bumps better. All in all, I think the card is exactly what you would expect. The only thing that was surprising to me a little is that the sidewalls are shorter than I was expecting. I would say they are close to 10 inches high and I was expecting 12 inches high maybe.

A must buy! So handy.
I do a lot of outdoor shows as a vendor in the summer time. My husband bought this for me. I usually have to attend and set up for shows by myself which includes 1 10x10 canopy which is so heavy, a bar stool, 2 6feet folding tables, one carry-on suitcase , signs and one blue rubbermaid bin. Amazingly, I can load up all of that and lug everything to my allocated spot. Easily. Its way better than a wagon. I only have to make one trip! Its so sturdy and durable. There was one time I forgot my bar stool so sat on this cart. The wheels are rubber so it makes pulling it easier. The negatives: (not so bad that I want a different cart) 1. I dont think it would fit into a sedan. I have to lower my back seats in my SUV to flip it upside down and slide it into my car to fit. 2. A bit finicky to load into the car myself but doable. I also havent scratched the car yet. 3. When you pile it with all my show stuff and need to lift it onto the sidewalk, you need help. Or maybe im a weakling lol. When I am not doing shows, my husband uses it for gardening or we use it to pull my old dog around.
