Good product

It surprised me that the garlic press comes with a very nice white box to make it as a gift. The joint part moves smoothly. The garlic holder is very easy to be taken off and washed. I used it to press garlic and ginger. It works perfect and makes fine garlic/ginger paste. The container size is okay for one jumbo size garlic peddle or two regular size peddles. Since it only needs one press to get the paste, it only takes about 30 secs to press one entire garlic.

This garlic press is really nice. It is heavy duty and stainless steel. It works really good. The garlic is press well. It is easy to use. And big enough. The handle also is long enough to hold to when pressing garlic. It has a good quality and very well built product. I know that we will be able to use this garlic press for a long time because they use very high end materials.

I have no idea how the photograph was obtained. Crushing ginger was the only reason I bought this. OK, the position of the hinge and length of handles will give added leverage. Trying to crush ginger through the press is no easier or quicker than using a knife. Back to the chopping board.

I've had this for a few months now, and I have not noticed any change in how sturdy it feels. The removable basket is not any easier to clean than any other press I've had, but I suspect that it is the part that's made of 304 stainless, and should last longer than a cast part. So far, so good.
