I put my fresh sandwiches in this Stasher silicone bag to keep them soft and cool at work and on the go. These are durable as I clean them in the dishwasher or by hand, and use them in both the fridge and freezer, and there is never a weird, plastic chemical odor. I couldn't be more relieved after others that I've used that developed a plastic, chemical odor. These Stasher silicones are well worth the investment yay!

For silicone, they are not stretchy at all. They get the job done, are easy to clean, and overall a great replacement for 'disposable' bags. The only issue I have with these is getting things into the baggie. It is a big difficult to fit a big sandwich in the sandwich sized bag because the opening is small and has no stretch, despite being silicone. Other than that, though, these bags are nearly perfect! They look sleek and don't stand out in your kitchen (unless you get bright colors), which I really appreciate. I wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher if they've had grosser foods in them, or just rinse them out in the sink and leave them to dry before stacking them in the utensil drawer for storage. Great product and can't wait for improved and newer versions!

Opening of bag is smaller than the full width, I understand why, but it makes it harder to load a sandwich.Either cut the sandwich in half and load two pieces, or struggle.Once loaded, the bag does an admirable job of keeping contents fresh. I have not submerged it in water or melting ice (as will be the case in the summer) to test for waterproofness, but that is the ultimate bar that has to be passed. Will amend review when that test is done.

This gets the job done and I like that it's reusable and dishwasher safe, but I have 2 and can barely fit sandwiches in them. The top doesn't open quite big enough. I have to smush the sandwich first and then it like scrapes half the crust off trying to get it in and sometimes pushes the insides out into the bag. I don't make huge sandwiches. I have other sizes as well and those work for other snacks just fine.

Only issue is the small opening, the bread ends up crumbling on the corners otherwise works well.

Disappointment! Does not contain order of a sliced onion from permeating the refrig. Not sure how to remove onion odor from the sleeve. No reason to buy this product. . A glass bowl with lid works better because it contains the order of a food. The odor comes out of a glass bowl better. I did not see any improvement on keeping it fresher. The stasher is a pain to clean since you should prop it open. Skip this and save yourself money.
