Perfect, just like the saffron you buy in Italy at the grocery store.

The zafferano was delivered promptly. I luv using this in my risotto dishes for flavor and color. It is much easier to use than the threads! Expensive but worth it!

I prefer Tre Cuochi, but can't get it in the US. This comes as a close second, but not as good as the Tre Cuochi. The aroma is not as strong.

Can't be beat for making the Risotto Milanese that my family loves. If I try to use the Spanish substitute, Hubby spots it immediately! I'll be a repeat customer for this brand, especially because the price is right also.

the best saffron!! So delighted to find it on amazon for a decent price.. My 81 and 83 year old parents are Italian and this is the ONLY brand they use..Arrived a week early too!!!

This zafferano is good. Not the BEST I had but it's close to it...and reasonably priced too.Makes great risotto alla milanese
