Bought this for my blue collar husband. Was originally for Christmas but decided he would benefit from it now. It has honestly been working a treat I haven’t seen him in this much ease for such a long while now with all the graft he does. The massage quality is better than I can do for him, it has eased his pain and cleared so many knots in his body with the mix of massage and heat functions. We would definitely recommend and say it’s highly effective due to the above, we love the 15min saver as we are awful for forgetting to turn things off so usually waste battery life.

This is perfect, sturdy, no need for batteries or charging, just plug in and go. Good firm massage perfect for my neck and shoulder. Massage has to be firm to give relief, the heat function is a plus. Highly recommend, had the same style previously, after 5 years of frequent use I had to replace because the material started to peel, but expected after the numerous times I used it.

Great massager, I find it really does a good job and relieves a lot of back pain. The only minor complaint I have with it is that the fabric wore out fairly quickly. Maybe I'm using it too frequently or putting too much pressure on it (I prefer a firm massage, which this can do), but either way, it started developing holes which then got caught in the mechanism as it was rotating. I've stitched new linings into it (two or three times now) to keep it going and that's mostly worked, but they do eventually wear out and start clogging up the mechanism with lose threads/scraps. It is helpful for cleaning that the massage heads can be removed easily with a phillips head, and with a little bit of maintenance you should be able to get years of use out of it.

Recent purchase but seems well built, even comes with a car lighter cable so can be used in the car (by a passenger, don't drive and use lol) I did my neck, back and legs first day of purchase and it does a great job. The heat is also really therapeutic. Glad I brought it

Quite good. The whole family use it. It's got good motion and you can adjust intensity by the levels or pressure you apply with the arm straps.

Very pleased with how well it works. Used it for 1st time yesterday and feel as I've have a deep massage that would have cost me alot more than this. So impressed that I have purchased another 1 for a Xmas gift

Ive had this neck massager for over 2 years, coming on 3, and it still works incredibly well. There are 4 options with multiple settings and all work including the overlooked “heating” feature. I use this massager EVERYWHERE. I promise it is not only for the shoulder. I use it on my feet, palms of my hands and lower back and on my lower legs after leg day at the gym. The cord is decently long so you can walk around your space with it. I wash surface with a rag that has soap and warmer and spray with disinfectant. If you don't want to clean the massager often, use a garbage bag to cover it. I would suggest for the next version of this to include a timer of when to turn off instead of the auto 20 min.

I have purchased several of these. I had a horrible stress point in my kneck. This massage has saved me and provided much relief for my aching kneck and back!!! I literally fall asleep when it's on. It is effective and great value for the money. I like that you can change the settings and turn the heat on or off if you want. It's easy to switch the settings on the handle and the massage quality is amazing! I have even used it on my legs. I recommend.
