GracoDuet Glide Gliding Swing with Portable Rocker, Winfield, 17.75x11.5x24 Inch (Pack of 1)

I'm rating this a 3 star because ..1. The price was a good deal for the features it has. $105, but now I see it's $159 😳2. The add says "batteries ARENT required", batteries are required and that's why I purchased it. You need batteries for the swing/motion to work. The charging adapter is only for the sounds.3. The adapter needs to be plugged in at all times for the swing/motion to work. So youll need to be near an outlet at all times of use.4. The reycliner says "ONE HAND USE" maybe it's just me or mines because I do have little hands, but it's pretty stiff/hard that I have to use two hands, but it's manageable.5. The instructions are pretty self-explanatory, no tools needed, but I did have trouble understanding some parts as the ex. pictures didn't really help and the instructions basically say "put this tube here"6. The music sounds scratchy.And 7. The motion swing is very very smooth even at the high speed. It's more of a glide. I'd probably be better off with a actual swing that swings back and forth and has more of a swing to it. So I'm hoping baby enjoys it.Other then that for the price I originally got it for before price going up was good. But you could probably fine something better if you're about to spend $159. These are just my nits and picks of what I think about the product. I will do an update once baby's here.UPDATE: my baby is now 4 months old. The first month she would nap all day in the chair if I was rocking it back and forth not really if the swing was gliding. I actually had to purchase another swing that actually swings I suppose you can say faster. I now just use it for her to sit in it. I'm actually planning on selling it already. Still wouldn't recommend this to someone

I did a lot of research for a glider and even bought and returned two others, and this is one of the best purchases I made as a first-time mom. I can’t over emphasize how great it was for a growing newborn. I needed a glider that was higher off the ground because we have a dog. The height of this makes it easy to interact with her while sitting on a chair and doesn’t require straining to bend over for one that’s low to the ground. I could put her in it while I made a bottle or did a quick chore. I did not buy this to put her to sleep and she never did fall asleep on it, but that’s ok because it entertained her. I connected a Manhattan Toy Wimmer Ferguson Infant Stim Mobile (also on Amazon) and she would stare at the contrasting colors and reach for them. At about four or five months I connected a Taf Toys Stroller Arch (Amazon too) and that again kept her entertained even more with all new things to look at. What I enjoyed about the removable rocker is that I could put her in it and then carry her to the bathroom and have her in it while I showered or in the bedroom as I did chores. It’s very easy on and off. The assembly takes some time, but I figured it out on my own. I didn’t add batteries for vibration. I did use the swing function nearly all the time. I highly, highly, highly recommend this glider. We’ve had it for almost seven months with no issues at all.

Just got this yesterday, shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Took about 20 minutes to assemble, we only had one small hiccup (the leg pieces were not labeled and we put them in backwards-they wouldn't snap so we switched them-problem solved). Little baby is not home yet so we don't know if she will enjoy it, but we like it. Takes up a small footprint, quiet motor, nice music. Does not swing or move very quickly, so it may be too gentle to soothe baby- we will see. Most of the reviews said the seat was not removable, for washing, but I disagree. The whole thing snaps on and off, the 3rd picture shows the only difficult spot for removing the cover. Those type of clasps(?) can be tricky to remove but not impossible. Hoping for the best!

I love this swing/glider, I really do... but I’m only using it because I spent a lot of money on this thing and couldn’t return it. The features are wonderful and baby loves it but there is a flaw in the design. The place where you put the glider on the base is weird. When my baby uses the base his butt/back are laying right on that hard plastic piece. I feel so bad because I didn’t realize it until he was 3 months old! I know that has to be uncomfortable! Really crappy design flaw there!!!! Since it was too late to send it back, I have no choice but to use it. I fold up a hand towel and place it in the butt of the seat before I put him in and buckle it. Then I fold a small fleece blanket to put in between the hard plastic part and the seat itself. It’s not ideal, but it works. For as much money as I pent on this thing, I shouldn’t have to do that though. If you are looking for your baby to be comfortable, this is not the swing for you.

Got this Gliding Swing As A Christmas Present For My Very Pregnant Sister!! So she could have it ready for my Little Nephew THOMAS. D.O.B. MARCH,2019😸🤭😇😽🍼 I'll be doing an update by March when the baby's born but for now I got to say that it has a good price and looks like good quality materials excited to see how it will perform.PRODUCT REVIEW UPDATE ON 05/18/19It products still working wonderful, my little nephew looks really comfortable on it on the picture it's not on top of the motor but it does work wonderful love the little music for him and so far so good!!
